Returns & Refunds

At StarPodhome, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website: starpodhome.com.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving any reason.

After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items should be in reasonable condition and include all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging where possible.

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical shop. However, if the item has been used beyond normal inspection, damaged, missing accessories, or returned in a condition that reduces its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. This helps us identify your parcel and process your refund correctly.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return your order because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your postage receipt and tracking number until your refund has been completed.

We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during return shipping unless the return shipping was arranged by us.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps our support team check the problem quickly and offer the most suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting support, replacement parts, a replacement product, repair, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return postage.

If the return is due to a confirmed product fault, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Return Address

Please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed because our warehouse may not be able to identify the parcel.

Important: Please do not return the parcel to the sender address shown on the delivery label, as this may not be our correct return warehouse address.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof of return.

Please note that your bank, card provider, Klarna, PayPal, or other payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Delivery Cost Refunds

If you cancel your order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

If your order included free delivery, there is no delivery charge to refund.

8. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may be unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item was not purchased from starpodhome.com.
  • The return request was made after the 14-day cancellation period.
  • The item is missing important accessories or parts.
  • The item has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised repair.
  • The item has been returned without enough information for us to identify the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected.

9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the delivery. In that case, you can still request a return after receiving the item.

10. Exchanges and Replacement Parts

If only one part of your product is faulty or damaged, we may offer a replacement part instead of asking you to return the full product.

This can often solve the issue faster and avoid unnecessary return shipping.

11. Proof of Purchase

We may ask for proof of purchase before processing a return, refund, replacement, or warranty request.

Proof of purchase may include your order confirmation email, order number, payment confirmation, or the email address used when placing the order.
